It starts a conversation. Enrollment in any service requires a separate agreement and, where applicable, eligibility verification.

Services, availability, pricing, and locations change. Not every service is offered in every market at every time. Availability of childcare placement depends on licensed capacity and on the requirements of the applicable subsidy or voucher program, which we do not control.

You agree that what you submit is truthful, that you have the right to submit it, and that you will not use this site to:
- Submit false or fraudulent information
- Submit someone else's personal information without permission
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site
- Do anything unlawful
5. Chat Assistant
The chat feature is automated, not a live person. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, and nothing it says binds Opportunity Tree or confirms eligibility for any program. Confirm anything important with our team.
6. Intellectual Property
The Opportunity Tree name, logo, site content, and design are ours or used under license and may not be copied without written permission. Photographs may be stock imagery used for illustration and do not necessarily depict our facilities, staff, or clients.
7. Third-Party Links
We link to other sites, including Opportunity Tree Auto Group and third-party platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply their endorsement of us.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit any obligation under a signed service agreement, and does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
