2. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers information you give us through this website — the contact form and the chat assistant. Once you enroll in a specific service, that service has its own intake paperwork and its own privacy obligations, which we will give you at that time. Childcare enrollment and tax preparation in particular are subject to additional legal requirements that go beyond this policy.
3. Information We Collect Here
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Which service you're interested in and your general location
- Anything you choose to write in the "Tell us more" field or the chat assistant
- Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device type
4. How We Use It
- To respond to you, usually within 24 hours
- To route you to the right service and let you know what's available
- To operate and secure the website
- To meet our legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations
We use your information to help you get the service you asked about. We don't use it to profile you, and we don't hand it to advertisers.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our own service lines. If you ask about a vehicle rental, your inquiry goes to Opportunity Tree Auto Group. If you ask about childcare, it goes to our childcare team. We share only what's needed to help you.
- Service providers that host our website and process our forms and email, under contract and only to provide those services to us.
- Professional advisors — accountants, insurers, attorneys — where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities, when required by law. Note that childcare providers are mandated reporters under state law, and we comply with those obligations.
6. Children's Information
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site, and children should not use the contact form or chat. Information about enrolled children is collected through our childcare intake process, not through this website, and is handled under the confidentiality rules that apply to licensed childcare providers in the state where the program operates. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time about information we hold regarding their child.
7. Third-Party Content
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash; those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests those files. Our chat assistant sends what you type to our automation service to generate a reply. We link to Opportunity Tree Auto Group and other sites that have their own privacy policies.
8. Cookies
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use browser session storage for one thing: remembering that the chat window already opened once, so it doesn't reopen repeatedly.
9. How Long We Keep It
Website inquiries are generally kept for up to three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing service relationship. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by law.
11. Your Rights
Email us to ask what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing messages.
12. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
