How it works

  1. Read the handbookIt is short and it is honest about what we do and do not do.
  2. Fill in the applicationPrint the enrolment pack, or ask us and we will post one to you.
  3. Send it backUse the enquiry form on our page and we will tell you where to send it.
  4. Come and see the placeWhen the centre opens, you will be invited to visit before you decide.
What you need

Forms and documents

Some of these come from us, some you have to get. Nothing here is a surprise on the day.

We give you

  • Parent handbookDownloadable above.
  • Enrolment packThe application form, above.
  • Admission policyThe terms, above.
  • Medication formOnly if your child needs medicine during the day.

You bring

  • Immunisation recordThe blue California record, or whatever your doctor issues.
  • Physician’s reportSigned by your child’s doctor. Ask for it early — surgeries can take two weeks.
  • Proof of addressA utility bill or lease is fine.
  • Photo IDFor every adult named as able to collect your child.
  • Court ordersOnly if any apply to who may collect or see your child. We have to hold a copy.
